Press the phone's Home key.

Press Home leaves whatever app is open for the home screen, as the Home button or gesture does. The app keeps running behind it. To close an app rather than leave it, use Stop app; for any other key, Press key.

Press Home leaves the shop app on its order page and shows the home screen.

Where Press Home sits in the example workflow.
