Your account

Your account lives at account.warpx.app. It holds your plan, your devices and your invoices — not your profiles, which stay on your computers.

Signing in

Sign in with your email and password. A sign-in on the website lasts 7 days on that browser; after that you are asked again.

Signing in to the desktop app is different: it uses the code flow in Devices, so you never type your password into the app.

Forgotten password

1. Open account.warpx.app/forgot-password and enter your email address.
2. We email you a link. It works once and expires after an hour.
3. Choose a new password. Every browser signed in to your account is signed out.

No access to your email

If the mailbox is gone, password recovery cannot reach you. Contact us from any address and tell us the email on the account, and we will help you back in.
