Block reference / Workflow

Create profile

Make a new profile, with its fingerprint drawn, in a group and with a proxy if you like.

Only inWarpX Browser

Create profile makes a profile exactly as the Profiles page's button does: a fingerprint is drawn for it, and it counts against your plan's profiles. You choose its name, browser, group, proxy, OS, country, tags, notes and start page. Put it in a Loop data to make a batch, and keep the new profile in a variable for Set proxy, Update profile or Run on profiles later in the run.

The Create profile block's settings, filled in as in the example below.

Settings

Description

A note shown on the block in the canvas.

Example20 new TikTok accounts
Name

Required. {{references}} work, so each profile in a loop gets its own name. Names do not have to be unique, but the other blocks find profiles by name, so keep them unique.

ExampleTikTok VN {{loopData.n}}
Browser

Chromium (the default), Camoufox or ShardX.

ExampleChromium
Group

The default group, a group on this computer, or Id, name or variable… to type one — which is how you name a group that does not exist yet.

ExampleId, name or variable…
Groupwhen Group is Id, name or variable…

The box that appears under Id, name or variable…: the group's id or name, or a variable.

ExampleTikTok VN
Create the group when there is none by that name

Shown once a group is filled in. When on, a group that is not there is made first; when off, it fails the block with "No group …".

ExampleChecked
Proxy

No proxy, a proxy saved in the app, or Id, name or variable…. One proxy for this profile; to spread a batch across many proxies, use Set proxy afterwards.

ExampleNo proxy
OS

Any, Windows, macOS or Linux — the system the fingerprint claims.

ExampleWindows
Country

A two-letter code such as VN or US. Empty to take it from the proxy's address.

ExampleVN
Tags

Tags separated by commas.

Notes

The profile's notes.

ExampleCreated by the setup workflow
Start page

The page the profile opens on.

Assign to variable

On by default.

ExampleChecked
Variable namewhen Assign to variable is on

The variable that gets the new profile. The default is newProfile.

Every block also has the shared block settings — a description, Disable block and what to do on an error. Fields that take text accept data from earlier blocks.

What it hands on

One output. The variable holds the new profile: id, name, engine, status, group, proxy (without password), tags, notes, os, country and the rest of the record List profiles gives. The log shows its name, browser and group.

Example: Create 20 profiles in group "TikTok VN"

  1. Start
  2. Loop data
  3. Create profile
  4. Loop breakpoint
  5. Set proxy
Where Create profile sits in the example workflow.
  1. Add a Loop data block with Loop ID n, Loop through Numbers, From number 1 and To number 20.
  2. Add a Create profile block with Name TikTok VN {{loopData.n}} and Browser Chromium.
  3. In Group choose Id, name or variable…, type TikTok VN, and tick Create the group when there is none by that name.
  4. Set OS to Windows, Country to VN, Tags to new, need-warmup and Start page to https://www.tiktok.com.
  5. Close the loop with a Loop breakpoint on n.
  6. After the loop, give the batch proxies with a Set proxy block on Every profile in a group TikTok VN, Each the next one in a list.

Good to know

  • Each profile counts against your plan's profile limit exactly as one made on the Profiles page does, even when several workflows create profiles at the same moment. At the limit the block fails with "The plan allows 50 profiles and 50 are in use — nothing was created", and a loop stops there.
  • A wrong value fails the block before anything is made: an empty Name, a Country that is not two letters, a group or proxy that is not there.
  • The fingerprint is drawn once, when the profile is made. No block changes the fingerprint of an existing profile, and no block deletes a profile.
  • A workflow that was not edited on this computer (installed from the Appstore or a file) asks you to allow this block before its first run, in a window that lists what it will do. Blocks you set up in the editor are approved as you edit them, so your own workflows never ask; changing the block's settings asks again.
  • Needs the WarpX Browser desktop app, where the profiles are. Elsewhere the block is not in the block list, and a workflow that has it fails with "Profile and group blocks need the WarpX desktop app".
  • On an Appstore listing, a workflow with this block shows Lists, creates, opens, closes and changes your profiles, their groups and proxies.
