Building and running a workflow
Put blocks on the canvas, connect them, and run the workflow on one profile, many at once, or on a schedule.
A workflow is a set of blocks on the editor's canvas. Open one from Automations. The panel on the left lists every block by group and has a search box. Drag a block from the list onto the canvas. Double-click a block, or hover it and press Edit block, to open its fields in the sidebar.
Blocks run along their connections. Drag from the dot on a block's right edge, its output, to the dot on another block's left edge, its input. Some blocks have more than one output, such as Conditions, or a fallback output when On error is set to Execute fallback. A branch ends at a block whose output is not connected.
Every run starts at the Start block, shown as Start. Its parameters, if it has any, are asked for before the run starts and become variables.
To run from the editor, pick a profile in the toolbar. The first menu, All Group by default, narrows the second to one group of profiles. Press Run. If the profile's browser is closed, WarpX Browser opens it first. The run works in the page the browser is showing. While it runs, Run becomes Stop. Save shows a dot when there are unsaved changes.
To start part-way through, hover a block and press the play icon, Run workflow from here. The run starts at that block on the profile picked in the toolbar. Blocks before it do not run, so variables and table rows they would have set are empty.
To run on many profiles, open Profiles, tick the profiles and press Run automation. The Automation config dialog below asks how. Run now shows how many runs it will start: profiles times repeats plus one. If the workflow has parameters, you answer them once for every profile.
To run on a timetable, open Schedule and press New schedule, or press Schedule… in Automation config. Repeats can be Right away, Once, Interval (every so many minutes or hours), Every day or Every week. The schedule also asks what to do If the last run is still going and If WarpX wasn't running at run time.
Schedules only run while WarpX Browser is open. With a schedule switched on, closing the window keeps the app running in the tray. Use the tray icon to bring it back or to quit.
WarpX Phone runs on phones instead of profiles. The editor's toolbar lists the phones that are online, and Run drives the one picked there; Run workflow from here uses it too. To run on many phones, tick them under Run automation on the Devices page or in the Control Center, and set how many run at once and the time between starts. Schedules run WarpX Browser profiles only, not phones, and WarpX Phone's editor has no Record and no Testing mode.

The workflow every selected profile runs.
ExampleCheck order status- Concurrent profiles
How many profiles run at the same time, from 1 to 20. The rest wait for a free slot.
Example3- Open time between profiles (ms)
The pause between starting one profile and the next, in milliseconds.
Example300- Number of repeats
Extra passes over the same profiles.

Normal window opens a window per profile at its normal size. Hidden window opens the same browser minimised; some profiles cannot be minimised and run visible. Headless opens no window at all: lighter, but easier for a site to detect.
ExampleNormal window- Close each profile's browser when it finishes
Closes each profile's browser after its run. Leave it off to keep the browsers open.
